Phoned Scott on a Saturday, checked the vehicle over (BMW 330d) and picked it up the following day. Really straight forward, quick and simple process. Had a slight issue with the rear shocks which wasn't covered under warranty; Scott and I came to an agreement with a quick phone call and got the issue sorted.
Would highly recommend and certainly would buy another vehicle off Scott next time i'm looking to upgrade.

Well what can I say am impressed sent a message on auto trader expecting to be ignored as some do ignore you when you ask questions but nope not this place Scott emailed me back answering everything then went over to look at the car and he was lovely poilte and professional the other man was lovely to. Son went on test drive and wanted the car so we left deposit as you do then went back over again I emailed to say and again right away email back then when got there still poilte and bought the 12 month warranty for peace of mind really as been a mum you panic so got that. Scott sorted the tax out for me and all paper work so glad I choose to travel out of my home town as I picked right place hopefully the car wil be perfect like the customer service was n il be buying again definitely thanks guys I appreciate it first time of auto trader

5* just doesn’t seem enough to really do this review justice. From the moment I made the initial enquiry, to securing the vehicle, arranging payment, handover, after care & follow up I have been nothing short of amazed. As a rule of thumb I don’t buy used cars, I needn’t worry though as the service I’ve received with Ward has been better than I’ve ever received at a main dealer when purchasing new. If you want honesty, transparency, reliability & an overall great experience then look no further. What an amazing owner & team of genuine gentlemen.

Travelled 60miles to view, test drive, bought and drove home the same day. It was an excellent service and was a pleasure. We had a query a few days later which Scott sorted out straight away (went above and beyond). Really impressed with the car and was valeted to a high standard. I will shop there again.

Great dealer. Bought a ford ka a couple of weeks ago and had an issue with one of the alloys wheels which turned out to be buckled you couldn't tell by looking at the car. Ward Motors arranged for a replacement wheel to be sent out ... excellent service thank you.

They had the ideal car for me, delivered it safely to my home, gave me a fair price in exchange for my old car which they then transported back to Leeds. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and professional.

The guys have got the sales approach just right - friendly but not in yer face. I was given the space to have a good look around the car, test drive it and look through the documentation but they were on hand to answer any questions. The purchase was swift and smooth, and Scott was very helpful with technical info I needed for my insurance. Full marks for the car being MOT'd, serviced and ready to drive away. It was a pleasure to buy from Ward.

Scott even helped me push my baby in the pram down to the office and helped me entertain her while I was signing paperwork!
